Sump pump failure can be a stressful and potentially damaging situation, especially during periods of heavy rainfall or when dealing with a high water table.

- Determining the reason for failure; in many cases, it happens due to power outages, mechanical malfunctions, switch problems, clogged discharge lines, or float switch issues.
- If not yet done, we can disconnect power by unplugging it from the electrical outlet or turning off the circuit breaker that supplies power to the pump.
- Water removal
- Repairing or replacing the pump, and testing to ensure functionality
- Installing water detection alarms
